Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide high-quality services. However, we understand that situations may arise where cancellations or refunds are needed.

Cancellation

Orders or services can be cancelled before the work has started. Once the process has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

Refunds are processed only in genuine cases where services could not be delivered as agreed. Each request is reviewed carefully.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method.

Once a service has been completed or delivered, refunds will not be applicable.
